The Upper Midwest QOV Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and will accept donations of fabric, batting, thread, etc.  Please donate only clean, unused fabric of high quality cotton. High quality means high thread count which translates into the fabric feeling soft and sturdy. It should be free of pet hair, smoke and scented laundry products. Muslin, clothing and glitter fabrics are not appropriate.
 
We will also accept monetary donations.  Cash donations are appreciated and can be used to purchase fabric, batting and other necessary supplies. ONE HUNDRED PERCENT (100%) of all donations go to buying products to produce the quilts, or to ship them.  Please contact your nearest QOV Contact person and they will help you find a local QOV group to donate to. Click here for the list of Upper Midwest Coordinators.

Upper Midwest QOV Total for 2008 = 1,254
2008 totals from the Upper Midwest Quilts of Valor:  Northeast MN (Brainerd) 306, Northwest MN (Perham 93/Fergus Falls 129) 222, Southern MN 461, North Dakota 213, South Dakota 42, Wisconsin 10.  All Coordinators and their constituents surpassed last years totals.  2008 Upper Midwest Grand Total: 1,254   Congratulations!  (2007 totals were: Perham 143, Brainerd 205, Rosemount 269.)  
 
Nationwide total from Catherine Roberts, QOV Founder: 20,162 Quilts of Valor have been distributed (as of 1/10/09).  The following is a breakdown by year:
